Women’s mixed martial arts legend Ham Seo-hee prepares for a showdown that was canceled last year with Itsuki Hirata (Japan), the winner of Season 3 of the Japanese reality program ‘Fighting Proxy War’.
The age difference between the two is 12 years. The 35-year-old veteran fight draws interest in who will win between Ham Seo-hee and Shin Hirata Itsuki.
On the 9th, ONE Championship, Asia’s largest martial arts organization, announced the conclusion of the contract, saying안전놀이터, “Ham Seo-hee and Hirata have agreed to face each other at ONE Fight Night 8 in the atomweight division of mixed martial arts.”
‘ONE Fight Night 8’ will be held at Singapore Indoor Stadium on March 25th.
The two players were scheduled to face off at ‘One Championship 163’ in November last year, but the match was canceled when Hirata failed to pass the weigh-in.
Ham Seo-hee is a world class ranked first in the world in the mixed martial arts atom class by the third quarter of 2021. Even at the One Championship, she won two consecutive victories over Dennis Zamboanga (Philippines), who was ranked third in the official rankings.
She dominated the Japanese stage by reaching the top of DEEP Jewels in 2013-2014 and Raijin in 2019. When discussing the history of women’s mixed martial arts, it is a living legend that must be included in the top 30 no matter how underestimated it is.
Hirata defeated Double G Atomweight Champion Park Bo-hyun (Korea), K-1 -45kg title challenger Mio Tsumura (Japan), and DEEP -44kg title challenger Mizuki Furuze (Japan) to qualify for the 2018 One Championship. Reached the top of Fighting Proxy War season 3.

Ham Seo-hee has revealed her goal of conquering the One Championship and claiming the throne in the Atom class of three overseas groups. The One Championship side also said, “If Ham Seo-hee defeats Hirata, a title match is possible in the near future.”
