Kane hides from Munich-PSG transfer speculation after tour…focus on ’30th birthday party’

Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur), who has been linked with Bayern Munich in Germany and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG)바카라 in France, dropped everything to celebrate his 30th birthday and spend time with his family.

Kane, who was born on July 28, 1993, celebrated his 30th birthday today. Kane, who recently returned to England from an Asian tour that took him to Australia, Thailand, and Singapore, enjoyed dinner with his family at a popular restaurant.

The Sun reported on April 28 (KST), “Tottenham striker Kane celebrated his 30th birthday with dinner with his family in London. He was reunited with his wife, Katie Goodland, and their three children, Ivy, Vivian, and Louis, after returning from a pre-season tour of Asia.”

“Kane scored in a 5-1 friendly win over Singaporean side Ryan City Sailors in what may have been his last appearance for Tottenham. Munich have been linked with a move for Kane in recent days, but the England international put the speculation to one side and enjoyed his birthday.”

Kane has been the center of transfer speculation this summer. German giants Bayern Munich and French Ligue 1 side PSG are both interested in the player.

So far, the Bavarians have taken the lead. “Munich board members have flown to London to open talks with London-based Tottenham about signing Kane,” the BBC reported earlier in the day.

“Munich’s board have flown to London for fresh talks in a bid to sign Kane in the region of £86m,” The Telegraph said. “Munich are ready to fly to London for talks with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy,” the Guardian reported.

Munich have been keen on Kane since the beginning of the year. They have already submitted two official offers in this summer’s transfer window alone. However, it was not enough to convince Tottenham. The first offer was for €70 million and the second for £85 million, but Spurs wanted to start negotiations at a minimum of £100 million ($167 million).

Spurs have just one year left on Kane’s contract. If they fail to re-sign him, they will have to let him go on a free next summer. Spurs want to keep him until next year, even if they don’t get a transfer fee, but if they do, they want to get as much as they can for him.

However, with reports that Kane wants a move to win trophies and has held secret talks with Munich coach Thomas Tuchel to further his desire to join the Bavarians, there are suggestions that Spurs may eventually cave in.

Kane, who has been playing in the Tottenham first team since 2013, has only finished as runner-up four times so far. He finished runner-up in both League Cups (2014/15 and 2020/21) and reached the UEFA Champions League final in 2018/19 before losing to Liverpool. In 2016/17, they finished second in the Premier League.

Last season was their worst in a decade. They were knocked out of all cup competitions and finished eighth in the league, failing to qualify for European competition. This is why Kane wants to leave Tottenham.

According to French publication Foot Mercato, “Tottenham are under more pressure than ever over Kane. The possibility of his departure has been talked about, and Munich have been at the forefront of the race for weeks,” adding that Spurs are under pressure to sell Kane.

“Slowly but surely, Tottenham are showing signs of giving up their hardline stance. Tottenham are preparing to part ways with Kane and have been searching for his successor in the transfer market. The crucial reason for Spurs’ change of heart is that Kane has made it clear that he has no intention of re-signing,” explaining that Spurs are already ready to change their attitude towards selling.

In fact, Spurs owner Joe Louis has reportedly put Levy on notice to sell this summer if he fails to re-sign Kane. Spurs manager Enzi Postecoglou and close friend Son Heung-min are also preparing for the possibility of Kane’s departure, saying they will respect his decision.

“For me, Kane has been a fantastic player. He’s always been professional, always worked hard. There has been so much news about him recently. It’s not easy for him either. He’s our captain and he’s with Tottenham,” he said, making it clear that he is now with Spurs, but “the decision is between the club and him. We have to respect that decision. I don’t know anything. I can’t say anything about the final decision. Kane probably doesn’t know either. We just have to wait and see,” he said, adding that if Kane does choose to leave, it should be respected and not disappointed.

Kane may be getting closer to Munich, but there are still complications. PSG, who are struggling with Kylian Mbappe’s injury problems, are targeting Kane as a replacement for Mbappe.

The Guardian reports that “PSG are looking to sign a striker as Mbappe’s future remains uncertain. “Mbappe’s contract expires in June 2024 but he is refusing to negotiate a new deal. Levy has a good relationship with PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi,” the report said.

Mbappe has been at odds with PSG, refusing to renew his contract with less than a year left on it. PSG has taken the extraordinary step of dropping Mbappe from its Asian tour roster. The club reportedly plans to demote him to the second team this season if he does not re-sign.

In the meantime, a big offer from Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal recently caught the eye. After Mbappe was placed on the release list, Al-Hilal offered PSG €300 million (approximately $422.2 million) for the player.

While the transfer fee was staggering, the salary was a staggering €700 million ($98.52 billion). If the deal goes through, Mbappe will break both the highest transfer fee and highest salary records in soccer history.

PSG immediately accepted Al-Hilal’s offer. But Mbappe isn’t even considering a move to Saudi Arabia. Al-Hilal reportedly inserted a clause that allowed him to leave for Real Madrid after one year, but Mbappe would rather stay at PSG for another year. He’s even willing to take a pay cut and a demotion to the second team.

This leaves PSG in need of a top-class striker to replace Mbappe, even if they can’t sell him. In preparation for this, they are slowly approaching Kane.

According to the BBC, “PSG are also keen on Kane. They will launch a full-scale bid once Tottenham have fully decided to sell him.” “PSG are keen to sign Kane this summer if Tottenham decide to sell him,” said Sky Sports, adding that PSG are waiting for a decision from Spurs.

However, Kane is slightly more in favor of a move to Munich than PSG. “Kane doesn’t want to join PSG,” says the Daily Mail. The England soccer captain wants to head to Munich if he is allowed to leave this summer,” the Daily Mail reported.

“According to Munich honorary president Uli Hoeneß, Kane is convinced of the player’s willingness to join the club,” the paper continued, “and even if the club fails to agree a transfer fee for Kane this summer, they are open to a free transfer next summer.”

“If Kane’s decision is upheld, we will sign him,” Hoynes said recently. “He’s got another chance to come to one of the best clubs in Europe,” he said, adding, “What we prefer is that he and his family have clearly honored their commitments, and if that’s the case, that’s fine with us.” He also revealed that he had made a promise to Kane regarding a move to Munich.

Fabrizio Romano, a journalist who specializes in the European football transfer market, also said on social media that “PSG will only move if Munich’s bid falls through” and that Munich is currently the most likely destination for Kane.

Negotiations are expected to be delayed. Munich officials who were due to fly to London canceled their flight at the last minute.

“What the hell is going on? “Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dresden and technical director Marco Neppe had planned to meet with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy in London, England, to hold talks with Spurs about signing Kane, but strangely enough, their flight was canceled on the evening of the 27th,” Bild reported.

Some fans have been sharing the time of Munich’s arrival in London in real time via flight tracking sites, suggesting it could be a choice to avoid attention.

There is plenty of time. The summer transfer window closes in September. There is still about a month to go before the transfer window closes. It is believed that negotiations between Munich and Tottenham will resume soon.

In this situation, Kane has put the transfer rumors to rest. He enjoyed the break by spending time with his family.
